BALTIMORE– A safety guard who shot and killed a beloved soccer coach final month in southeast Baltimore was charged with first-degree homicide.
Keith Luckey was taken into custody on Tuesday. His prices stem from the November 7 capturing dying of Kevin Torres outdoors the ChrisT bar in Highlandtown.
Torres, the president of Villanueva’s soccer group, was celebrating a championship win the night time Luckey was working safety. He was a husband and stepfather of two kids.
