HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Police are trying to find a suspect after a Windward Metropolis mall safety guard was brutally stabbed Tuesday morning and later died in hospital.
Police stated the incident occurred on Kaneohe Bay Drive close to the 24-hour health focus on 5:40 a.m.
HPD Lt. Deena Thoemmes stated the sufferer was a 77-year-old mall safety guard.
The sufferer was sitting in his car when a suspect approached him and stabbed him a number of occasions, police stated. Authorities stated the suspect then fled.
Honolulu Emergency Medical Providers stated the sufferer was stabbed within the neck, chest, arms and stomach. Paramedics handled him and transported him in essential situation to hospital, the place he was later pronounced useless.
